The police initially send out a Mercedes-Benz E-Class, a Ford Taurus and a couple of VW Touaregs to look for the super-car.This rather cinematic video starts off with the suspect slaloming through traffic in a blue McLaren MP4-12C, which naturally gets noticed by the cops in a very Michael Bay-like manner.
Aside from the helicopter.Abu Dhabi police have taken it upon themselves to film a Hollywood-style cops and robbers action scene set to the backdrop of the UAE’s wide and expansive desert highways and the soundtrack of many angry cylinders.
The suspect being chased in the video/ which is really more of a short film at nearly six and a half minutes.It’s no secret that the police officers in Abu Dhabi have access to some of the greatest super cars in the world.
The video looks staged, but it’s still really cool to see Abu Dhabi Police using one of its super-cars.While most of the police cruises used throughout aren’t very special, a Nissan GT-R makes an appearance and ultimately helps capture the 458 driver.
